Arbitrum DAO is voting on a proposal to formally ban three projects from receiving future grants following investigations by its Watchdog program. The vote remains active through September 23.
The three projects named in the proposal are Good Entry, Limitless, and APX Finance. If approved, each would be barred from accessing Arbitrum’s grant programs going forward.
The Watchdog program monitors grant recipients and investigates cases where milestones, reporting, or use of funds raise concerns. The investigations into the three projects resulted in the recovery of roughly 532,000 ARB, according to Arbitrum DAO’s governance materials.
The proposal creates a formal enforcement mechanism within Arbitrum’s grant system. If it passes, the ban becomes policy. If it fails, the Watchdog findings and the recovered ARB remain in effect, but the additional grant-ban policy would not take force.
Arbitrum’s Watchdog program operates as part of the DAO’s broader grant accountability framework. The program’s enforcement actions and the current proposal reflect the DAO’s effort to maintain compliance standards among recipients of protocol treasury funds.
The vote concludes on September 23. Arbitrum token holders can participate in the governance decision through the DAO’s voting interface.
