Crypto exchange integrates real share ownership with stablecoin settlement

MEXC, a cryptocurrency exchange serving 40 million users across 170+ markets, officially launched RealStocks on June 1, enabling users to purchase shares in U.S.-listed companies with zero platform trading fees and USDT settlement.

The product integrates real ownership rights of traditional financial assets with crypto platform infrastructure. Users transact in USDT, with trading hours aligned to Nasdaq market sessions. Shareholders receive dividends or distributions on eligible holdings.

RealStocks was validated by over 20,000 users during a beta phase. The platform partners with Atomic Vaults, a U.S. FINRA-licensed broker-dealer that processes over $15 billion in monthly trading volume. Atomic Vaults has backing from Founders Fund and ARK Invest.

Vugar Usi, MEXC CEO, framed the launch as a milestone in asset class accessibility. “From Pre-IPO access to tokenized stocks, and now to real share ownership through U.S. stock spot trading, MEXC has continuously pushed the boundaries of what crypto users can access in global markets,” Usi said. “With U.S. stock spot trading, users can now truly own world-class traditional financial assets within a familiar crypto trading environment — not just track their price.”

Usi added that the timing coincides with anticipated IPO activity in 2026. “As 2026 brings a historic wave of IPO windows from the world’s top technology companies, crypto users will have the chance to participate as real shareholders for the first time. This is what Infinite Opportunities means at MEXC — not a tagline, but a product.”

Promotional campaigns and subsidy structure

MEXC is running three concurrent campaigns to incentivize adoption. From May 28 to June 5, a SpaceX(PRE) airdrop reward campaign distributes a 200,000 USDT prize pool with a maximum of 5,000 USDT per user.

A stock prize pool campaign runs from June 2 to June 16, offering 1,000,000 USD in prizes to active traders.

During the first month following the U.S. stock launch, MEXC will subsidize real-time market data access for users.

The launch expands MEXC’s asset universe beyond its existing 3,000 digital assets. Atomic Vaults’ infrastructure supports 24×5 trading, fractional investing, and stablecoin funding across U.S. equities, ETFs, options, and select Asian markets.

MEXC did not specify which U.S.-listed companies are available for trading on RealStocks or name eligible jurisdictions beyond stating the service is offered only to users in certain regions. The company also did not disclose minimum deposit amounts, account requirements, or details on dividend payment frequency and mechanics.
