Sean Farrell, head of digital asset strategy at Fundstrat, said he remains constructive on Bitcoin and sees the $95,000 to $100,000 range as achievable before the end of 2026, though he does not expect new all-time highs this year.
Farrell’s outlook is grounded in macro conditions. Bond volatility is spilling into equities, and the broader macro regime shift favors Bitcoin, according to his analysis. He views the downside as already priced into current valuations.
The forecast comes as MSCI, the index provider, weighs whether to exclude Bitcoin treasury companies from its indices. Microstrategy (MSTR), a major Bitcoin treasury holder, recently completed a $1.5 billion convertible debt buyback.
The timing of Farrell’s target coincides with market uncertainty around regulatory and index-inclusion decisions that could affect Bitcoin-heavy corporate treasuries. MSCI’s exclusion decision remains pending, with no announced timeline.
Farrell’s $95,000 to $100,000 range suggests modest upside from mid-October levels, contingent on continued macro tailwinds and stable equity market conditions. His stance reflects cautious optimism rather than a bullish breakout scenario.
