Stablecoin payments orchestration startup unveiled at Sui Basecamp

Anyflo, a stablecoin payments orchestration company incubated within Mysten Labs, emerged from stealth on Thursday at Sui Basecamp and announced the acquisition of Native, a Sui-based startup, in an acqui-hire structure.

The company positions itself as an orchestration layer designed to abstract blockchain, liquidity, and routing complexity from enterprise users. Anyflo’s target customer is a business seeking stablecoin settlement, treasury, or payment functionality without managing which blockchain to use or how money routes between networks.

Native, which was recognized in the Sui developer ecosystem, worked on Bitcoin and lending-related infrastructure prior to the acquisition. The deal brings the Native team into Anyflo as part of an acqui-hire arrangement.

Focus on enterprise stablecoin flows

Anyflo will handle network selection, routing, and liquidity access for enterprise stablecoin payment flows. The company is entering private alpha this month, with production previews and liquidity onboarding planned.

Lola Oyelayo-Pearson, an Anyflo leader and former Mysten general manager, previously worked at Shopify and Capital One.

Market context for stablecoin infrastructure

Stablecoins have emerged as a crypto sector with relatively straightforward enterprise demand drivers: cross-border dollar movement, supplier settlement, digital cash holding, and on-chain market connection. This demand profile has positioned infrastructure providers focused on stablecoin routing and settlement as potential intermediaries between traditional enterprise finance and blockchain networks.

Anyflo did not disclose the financial terms of the Native acquisition. The company also did not provide details on its own funding or timeline from private alpha to production launch.
