U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded a net outflow of $386.3 million for October through their first seven trading days, capped by a $484.9 million exit on Wednesday that marked their worst single day since June, according to Decrypt.

The week began with modest gains. Bitcoin ETFs pulled in $292.6 million across October 1-2, followed by an $118.8 million inflow on October 6. The momentum reversed sharply midweek. Wednesday’s $484.9 million outflow was followed by a $244.1 million exit on Thursday. Friday brought a partial recovery with a $21.1 million inflow, though the week closed in negative territory.

Ethereum ETFs have fared worse. The product experienced a $635 million outflow in October and remains in a nine-day outflow streak that has totaled $700 million. On October 6 alone, Ethereum ETFs saw a $201.9 million exit. Friday added another $56.1 million outflow. Despite the recent weakness, Ethereum ETFs hold $14.5 billion in total net assets and have accumulated $13.2 billion in net inflows since launch.

Solana ETFs have also turned negative. The product recorded a $24.8 million loss for October after experiencing five straight days of outflows. Friday saw a $3.8 million exit, though an earlier $1.3 million inflow on October 2 provided brief relief. Solana ETFs hold $137.9 million in cumulative net inflows since their introduction.

Bitcoin ETFs maintain the largest asset base at $100.6 billion in total net assets and $57.6 billion in cumulative net inflows since launch. ETF flows serve as a barometer for investor sentiment toward digital assets. September presented a contrasting picture: Bitcoin ETFs recorded a nine-session inflow streak worth roughly $3 billion after the Senate’s failed cloture vote on the Clarity Act triggered heavy outflows in mid-September.
