Sweden-listed H100 Group completed its acquisition of Norwegian Bitcoin companies Moonshot and Never Say Die on August 10, 2026, securing 2,455 BTC and vaulting into second place among Europe’s largest corporate Bitcoin treasuries.
H100 issued 790.5 million new shares to the sellers in an all-stock transaction valued at 1.47 billion Swedish kronor, or approximately $155 million. The deal resulted in 70% shareholder dilution. Share pricing followed a “Bitcoin-for-Bitcoin” basis, with the number of shares determined by sellers’ proportionate stake in the combined Bitcoin holdings. Other assets and liabilities were excluded from the transaction.
The acquisition brings H100’s total Bitcoin holdings to 3,506 BTC, worth approximately $228 million at current valuations. H100 now ranks second in Europe by corporate Bitcoin treasury size, behind Germany-based Bitcoin Group SE, which holds 3,605 BTC.
H100 signed a letter of intent to acquire Moonshot and Never Say Die in March 2026. The completion of the deal marks the Sweden-listed company’s largest treasury expansion to date.
The transaction reflects H100’s strategy as a health-tech and Bitcoin treasury company. Share pricing was set at 1.86 Swedish kronor per share, equivalent to $0.20.
